New app, new fees! Beware, if you tie an external account to your credit union app to make additional loan payments, etc. you'll be hit with a $4.95 fee. Ignore the fact the app has a warning the fee applies to debit cards, not checking account payment. It'll charge you both times. Calling the credit union is useless because they'll ignore your request to remove the fee and correct the fee message in the app. In my case, I was transferred to the VP to leave a message that has gone unreturned.

Absolutly a great banking app. for MOCU members for there checking and savings account! It has quick biometric log-in option where first screen loads up. Then press biometric button, next touch figer print to phones sensor and it takes you right to your accounts ballances. The Member's Own Credit Union app. is so quick, fast, simple, and easy to use. I love it and have expirienced 0 problems with it since I have been using it for over two years now! Thanks you guys! 🙂

I am so glad I found this app. For the longest time MOCU didn't have an app. It's super easy and simple to use! I love it! Works great! And has figureprint recognision log in option which is a really handy feature! A+ app.
