Te saca de la App constantemente llamas a servicio al cliente para restablecer todo y se tardan por lo menos 20 minutos en contestar y al hablar con algún agente casualmente se corta la llamada!!! NO DESCARGUEN LA APP EVITEN PROBLEMAS

La he utilizado estos días y en general muestra información relevante y sí es utilizable. Pero es muy lenta, no tiene animaciones fluidas entre pantallas, a veces se traba por completo y es necesario cerrarla y reiniciarla. Mejoren eso.

La aplicación muestra fallas. Con toda documentación y evidencias estuve dando seguimiento con el soporte por 1.5 meses, y sin resolución. El Banco Nu es mucho mejor en comparación. Aunque ambas tienen gente en soporte que no entiendan asuntos de finanzas e inventan razones para cerrar la llamada.
