PLEASE ADD BACK ORIENTATION LOCK! I guess the app on my phone got "grandfathered in" to keep the setting, but my husband just downloaded the app and cannot access the setting. It's so much more dangerous to use when the screen keeps the camera locked to always look like you're holding it right- side up. You have no idea if you need to move the scoop left or right, up or down, because it's relative to what the camera thinks is up, not what you know to be up. They REALLY need to add this back.

When it first got this product, I loved it. Its the 2nd one that I have owned. I paid a little more to get one w/case but unfortunately 3.5 months later its suddenly stopped working just a black screen now. Ive reached out to the seller as well as the manufacturer & Im not getting any response which is unfortunate. I honestly just want a replacement. It wasn't the cheapest version, so two stars cause it used to work great at first, but now is it dud

This little gem has worked flawlessly during my first use. A few notes on how I got started: 1) Device needs to be charged before first use; 2) Install the bebird app while device is charging; 3) May be helpful to turn off Mobile Data while using; 4) After turning the device on, connect your phone directly to the bebird device's WiFi. Also note, instructions say removing the cap turns device on, though I found the button is actually what turns it on and off (long press). Thanks bebird!
