After 2-3 years of no problems at all on the old app version, this version doesn't work. I've managed to get it into camera mode 3 times (started frozen, froze after a split second, and froze after maybe 8 seconds) in 15 minutes. I've restarted the ear cleaner, restarted my phone, and uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Roll this one back, please?

Bebird app is difficult to use. Unreliable pairing with the Bebird camera device and the phone (Google Pixel 3a). At successful pairing, the software unreliably (10%) switches to the camera view on the phone. 3.4 rating is way too high, in my experience. Great price for a device that only works 10% of the time. Battery died just after 3 year point.

I've had this cam for almost 2 years and it's always worked perfect, then out of the blue it just stopped working today. I've restarted my phone, restarted the bebird device, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, made sure the device is fully charged... And even though it says it's connected, the video screen never opens. It just keeps looping me through the wifi connection screen infinite times. This went from being a good ear cam to being complete garbage overnight. DO NOT BUY!
