很坑，刚注册不用验证，一但收款后，马上限制存取款和转账，什么身份证明、地址证明了都需要，并且45天没有验证就关闭账户。提供了身份证明和地址证明并通过验证，然而充值、提现、转账功能还是不能用。

充了钱了才可以继续使用，充完之后就让验证，但永远验证不过，里面的钱动不了，刚开始拍的信用卡账单照片，不通过，最后联系信用卡中心发的pdf电子账单，地址姓名都齐全，还是不通过，之前听说千万不要向skrill里充钱，要不就是肉包子打狗，这回我不得不信了

网页登录没问题，但手机APP登录的时候各种验证，然后经常提示版本问题要更新，但实际上已经是最新版本。手机APP有时候可以直接登录，有时候必须翻墙才可以登录，坐标上海
