Ratings and reviews

The new version is just great! Every single transaction is at hand and there is always detailed information about your savings or any other account, including total standing debts. I guess the only thing missing would be the ability to take small loans directly from the mobile app.

If I could send 0 stars I would. I have had an account for over 10 years in this bank, but never seem to be able to use their Banca Movil, with 4+ different phones. Today I have an emergency. Installed the app and, surprise, when I enter my card details I get Internal_bcp_api_server_error

Very bad service, bcp can never sync the token, so it is not possible to do any transaction
