Basic but effective I like the idea, but could need some updates like choosing when your day starts and ends. For instance, I start my day at 1pm and end it at 3am. This messes up my day process. Next I sometimes forget to use the app when I smoke, so I'd love to be able to edit the amount I've smoked in a day on the next day so the amount saved is more accurate.
One of the best apps I have used for anything. It is very straight forward. This app does work on you being honest also. I drive for a living. At times I have too much time on my hands and would grab a cigarette. The how many hours a day part can be confusing. I do wish it had a button to push for going to bed. If you use this app honestly, you will be able to quit smoking. Coming from being a 20 year smoker. Has great features that will make you think.
Great for Quitting I like this app because it HELPS you quit, not like others where you say "I quit today" and that's it. I do not use it with the wearable application. I would like to see an option to have the time between smokes adjust itself for the allowed cigarettes left in a day if you smoke more/before the allowed to smoke time, and an option to change the start time for your day.
Smoke free Absolutely awesome app. Sometimes it's tough to stick to it but so far I've been able to do it and it works. I would like to be able to set it for the time I actually get up and go to bed instead of having the timer start at the time I install the app. I've smoked 15 today instead of my average of 3o and mostly haven't missed them. I always smoke more first thing in the morning and I just have to ignore the timer. But then the rest of the day if I don't hear the timer I'll go over by quite a bit.
An android app for quitting gradually Used to have an iphone and used the livestrong app to quit smoking a few years ago. This is definitely the closest you're going to get on an android. Really can't complain but I wish there was a way to turn the timer off, and add a feature that shows the time when you smoked each cigarette.
I like it alot This approach to quitting makes sense. I managed to suppress my cravings till the timer runs out. I'm also able to track the number of cigarettes I smoke each day. I'm not a non smoker yet but believe I will get there if I follow this program.
