When I got the Motorola MH7601 mesh system, I was impressed with the packaging. Setting up the router and the other two extenders were a breeze. However, I am noticing that I can't do a Speed Test from any of the extenders within the Motosync app. This app just needs to be updated regularly just like the other major mesh brands to fix any issues within the app. Apart from that, my MH7601 mesh system is working perfectly.

I have a Motorola 87433. I purchased 4 months. I was having issues with the wifi when I noticed that I no longer can access the router via the app. I've removed and installed the app. As painful as it was to do I did a factory reset hoping the app would work again but it didn't. Looking at other reviews this failure seems to be common. I also email Motorola support & got NO response....Totally disappointed.

This app was very slow before but it was manageable. Now, for some reason it logged me out and now I can no longer get back in. Whenever I try to recover my password it literally will not let me... I put in my email that I used and the button will not work at all. I put in another email I know I didn't use and for some reason it works for that email but not the one I have registered with the app... unbelievable.
