Ratings and reviews

Very inaccurate app, estimated time of pickup is always wrong. it will waste your time. Does not update vehicle locations a lot of times. I've been using this app for 4-5 months now even after multiple complaints to the team to get it fixed there is no response or fix in the app. The edit pickup location doesn't work so once you fill in your details it's fixed. you'll have to email your handler every time. As I have no other option of commuting apart from the off shuttle i have to keep this app.

Recently, many nodal points have been removed from the list. Earlier, the options were much better. I request you to kindly add a few more nodal points. It’s not easy to walk long distances every day while carrying heavy bags. If home pick-up and drop are not possible, the nodal points should at least be closer. Our jobs are already stressful, and the commute should not add to that burden. Please consider the employees’ perspective—walking 1 km daily just to reach the cab is quite difficult.

Many issues with this app. some booking not reflected and not reflecting correctly on the driver's end. Thus making me look like a liar. RESULT? I HAVE 2 DRIVER'S AS AN ENEMY COMPLAINING TO ME. I AM SHOWING THE PROOF I HAVE MADE CORRECT BOOKINGS AND THEY DID NOT EVEN BOTHERED TO LOOK AT IT. AND THEY HAVE DISMISSED IT AND ALSO THE DRIVER'S HAVE ANGER ISSUES. JUST BY SEEING ME. SHOWING AGGRESSIVE ATTITUDE. LIKE WHAT? I DO NOT EVEN KNOW YOU AND YOUR NAME. App is not helpful ✓
