Very smooth experience.We can track the vehicle on a real time which is an USP of this app.Even it provides you the number of employees travelling along with you which was not the case earlier.Even calling the driver has become easier than before.Booking the cab also has become hassle free.App too runs reliably without any hiccups.Its very convenient to use too.No ads.

Nice and easy to use app. But sometimes accidental touches on the phone is resulting in trips being unintentionally cancelled, this causes stress and frustration for people logging out in early morning like 3 AM IST. Hence please put a safety feature which requires multiple confirmation for cancelling a trip, so that any accidental touches on the phone doesn't cancel a trip.

Keeps logging out after every 5 to 10 mins of inactivity on the app. Logging in again requires authentication via company's app which is time consuming. Also this poses a problem especially for female passengers who want to report something urgently or send an SOS but are force logged out and have to do the whole long procedure of logging in
