every time after opening app it's required log in and OTP sign in, It's not banking app, once we have log in the app, it should be signed in by default till we log out, just like teams, Outlook, banking apps, social media apps etc, this is not so much confidencial then Outlook and teams, Log in must be remembered by default in system

Worst Transport App ever, none of the teams have coordination, Routing Team is pethic, tracking team and Helpdesk will not help at all, instead they will blame each other teams. No point in writing email or raising complaint, they behave the same.

there needs to be an offline mode in case of disconnections to the internet. I'm missing my cab because ETA initially shown was 12 pm, but the driver called at 11:45. once I went to the gate at 11:50 I lost signal and along with it driver details and OTP info. I have no idea what to do in situations like this, as I may not have signal in the pickup area most of the time. to compound the problem ETA changed by 10-15 minutes.
