The MyCostco Employee Portal App gives employees the ability to view their schedule, time-off balance and pay information in one place.

MyCostco also links to important sites and services, including Costco Benefits and Employee Self-Service (ESS).

We will continue to enhance MyCostco Employee Portal to provide important features and tools.

Just adds another log in, before redirecting you to the website, which you'll have to log into, before it redirects you to another website, which you'll have to log into. Works about as well as you'd expect at this point from a Costco online platform. It'd be nice if it at least gave some new functionality, like maybe requesting time off? It only does what the website already does. At least my browser can save my login information. I have to type it in manually every time in the app.

the thing i liked about the app when first launched was i didnt have to sign in twice to view my schedule, after the update its back to the double sign in. so what's the point of the app even? it was supposed to be easier but its literally the same exact thing as the ess website, why do i need to double sign in for a schedule viewing either way? it seems like an unnecessary extra step either way. very disappointing.

So. Before this most recent update to the scheduling part, the app was just fine, annoying since using my computer with my VPN and 3 malware protectants was better for checking my schedule, but you killed ESS, for unknown reasons, and now it's not working very well for schedules. I don't like it at all, but I am forced to use it since my schedule is constantly updated/changed as different depts need coverage.
