This app is as good as the Etihad website. so, how good is it? Bad...really ...horribly bad. it is essentially a wrapper over the website. i downloaded this after struggling to do online check-in on the web from my phone. i was hoping the app would be better. A simple thing as placing the flight/ segment that is eligible for check-in right in front is not there. All that it seems to do is try to have you shell out more for upgrades and extras. The national airline of the UAE needs a better app.

This kind of app (slow and dysfunctional) shouldn't be permitted as a tool for travelers. You just download an additional stress and a time stealer. This app doesn't provide any information about your booking. You will get the message: "Your profile is not able to download". It is just a data collector tool and advertisement. Do not download.

this app is the worst I have ever used. I have had to update some information several times and it does not save. Also cannot enter some of the information. Getting blank screen. Almost being tempted to cancel the flight because I don't know what problems I will have for checking in etc etc.
