Important note about App Access
- In order to register and use Amex GBT Mobile, *your company needs to be a customer of American Express Global Business Travel* and have signed up for the app (if they have not, please ask your company's travel manager to get in touch with their account manager). You will then need to enter your company email address and complete a few registration steps.

App is not very useful while traveling. Sign-in is required for each use which is quite inconvenient when standing in line for check in at airport, hotel, etc. (the option to save password doesn't work). Individual provider apps are a better option. Had to rely on my printed itinerary for recent international trip.

The app definitely has potential, but it definitely has issues. In addition to other problems mentioned in the review, adding flights to my calendar also has problems. It works at first, but then everything added to my calendar disappears. It's some sort of syncing error, but with all the problems there's almost no point in using the app

Painful almost every time I open it. Requires login after 30sec if you open another app. Requires login after you login. No option to use fingerprint reader. Locks your account after a few attempts. Doesn't send email to recover requiring a lengthy phone call. Avoid this nonsense if you can.
