Downloaded the app after booking a trip through the laptop portal. App initially didn't show any trips. Uninstalled and redownloaded and the trip appeared. Couple days later, went to view my trip; it's gone. Uninstalled and redownloaded, and now I can't get past the "Authentication in progress" screen. Online tech chat gave me two different addresses to email about my problem, advising 24-72 hours for a response. My flight is tomorrow. Not an ideal situation.

Apparently the only way to receive support on a trip is to download this app and use the chat feature. When using the chat feature, you CANNOT SEE WHAT YOU ARE TYPING. Even in the middle of a word, your cursor is on the line below the word, and the text box is only big enough for a single line. So you are typing on a phone, you cannot see what you are typing, and features like auto-capitalization or auto-correct do not work.

Won't let me log in. Says I cannot use an email address for a user name when I just registered using one and can log into the website with it just fine. What a bunch of junk. Update in response to developer feedback: So I need two different logins (and therefore two attack vectors for hackers) in order to access a single set of info on the back end? Here's an ingenious idea... let users log in with the same credentials. It's what we want, and the customer is always right. And for that, my review remains at one star.
