About this app

iPAY (www.iPay.com.np), a service of Muncha.com, is an online payment gateway and works as an intermediary between the merchant and the shopper for purchase of merchandise online. The process is such that the customer first opens an iPAY account which he prefills with funds. He can then use these funds to pay to the merchants signed up by iPAY for payment of products procured.

iPay uses 128-bit SSL encryption to protect all personal identification information that you submit, including your name, address, e-mail address, login ID and password, credit card and bank account details. Payment details for each transaction are encrypted and stored for your convenience. We have also maintained the second level of security (Transaction Password) while paying the bills through iPay. In order to complete your payment you have to create the Transaction Password.

The iPay Android application provides access to various payment services.

I hate this app, I have tried 4 times from my NIBL a/c....and it shows the payment is successful every time. But, it doesn't show my balance in the ipay a/c & when I went back to check my NIBL a/c it shows the balance is debited to ipay's a/c.... 😧😠, I tried to call it's customer care service. But the phone doesn't ring. I did used other wallet Like khalti & esewa..... they are really good with their services & they do care about their customer whenever I message them, they do respond immediately. But this ipay app of munch cannot be trusted. 😠😠😡

I have been using older version of ipay(previous one). But when I tried to login in the older version it throws me error. I have installed the newer version the current one and when I try to login it says invalid credentials. I tried to re register the same account but it says email has been already registered. the previous app was working perfectly. Now I am going to uninstall this app. The worst app ever....😡😡

this app does not work...you can't topup no matter how many times you tried...it wasted my time n money.
