I have tried 4 Tube apps ... found this one to be the most useful. It works off-line just fine, although it won't have current status information in that case. It is easy to use, nice routing information, clear, simple. And did I mention it is free. I paid for the upgrades on a couple of the other apps ... not worth it at all. Try this one first!

Couldn't be used in travel situations due to full screen ads that couldn't be cancelled popping up on every usage... Including a full blown mini game that couldn't be exited. Kinda prevents you from actually being able to use it in a pressure situation and ended up being far quicker to find maps at the stations than waiting though the ads. Avoid

Decent app, shows the entire map of tube line but there issues with zooming in and scrolling through the map. works on and offline and tends to give correct journey plans but is riddled with ads every few seconds so if youre in a rush, its not easy to use. The ads ruin it! Its a map planner app, why is there so many ads?
