I wish this app were compatible with a chest strap for heart rate monitoring. I really don't like to wear my watch during my workouts. I have to turn the face inside so my kettlebell doesn't rest on the watch face. Also, some exercises may cause your wrist to flex, touch the watch stem, and pause or advance the exercise. To go on a walk randomly or any other non-coach-built or designed exercises, although it can sync back for Fitbit/Health Connect, it does not "count."

This has been a very successful training option for me. I've never had an easy time building habits, especially in regards to fitness, and just having consistent feedback and a push to make it happen has worked wonders. The app is good, but only does workouts, so I still use Fitbit for general health tracking. Support for health sync + Android wear is great. (Some apps make Android an afterthought.)

Too expensive for what you get. Glitches a lot, won't always let you progress to the next excersize. When make up a workout on a different day, I always select the day I want to make up, but it still counts it as an extra workout I did on an off day. Which means it doesn't count the workout I was trying to make up, I brought this up to my trainer, who brought it up to IT, but after weeks, still no avail. the way it shows you how to get into stances isn't the clearest. My trainer is awesome tho.
