This app uses a foreground service exclusively for food delivery, enabling real-time progress updates even while the app is in the background. The service automatically stops once the delivery is completed.

I recently received a gift card that can be redeemed at various retailers. I had considered dining at A&W and subsequently downloaded the application. However, I was surprised to find that it is not possible to use a gift card as a payment method within the app. Given this limitation, I have uninstalled the application and will not be placing an order with A&W. It is unfortunate to lose business over such a seemingly minor oversight.

I contacted them via the app to report their app wasn't working properly, that it wasn't letting you change the side or drink after toggling the combo button, it defaults to fries and a root beer and you can't seem to change it. They thanked me for informing them. That was 2 weeks ago, and it's still not fixed.

It has been more than a month the app stopped working, showing "Oops, something went wrong" error on almost every screen. A few months ago, it started getting really slow. I can't use my points, nor make any purchase. Please fix.
