Hello Favex. I have tried several times to withdraw my funds from your app, but I can't withdraw. for Tier1 the single withdraw limit is #500,000. The funds I want to withdraw is not up to that, yet I can't withdraw. Also, I have tried to upgrade to Tier2, by BVN verification, but still nothing is working. I have attempted to use the support on the app, but it's not working. I have also tried your email support, got the email notification that my message is not delivered. Please help!

this app is full of nonsense, favex trading app can frustrate you as a trader. everything about this app is fake they are scam this people scamed me off my money I can't even withdraw or transfer and I can't even buy an airtime with my own money network issue they support term are not working. if you guys can not handle a crypto exchange app then short down, I sent money to my betting wallet. it went successfully but you guys didn't credit me, 20k it's gone like that. you guys are full of scam
