I use this app a lot. I would scores it higher if it did just a couple of things. I would like to see more of the nutrients I need to keep up with like vitamin D. Also I can't sync with iPhone 5c so I can't use the health feature on the phone with it. With that said, I'm using it everyday.
Micros were the solution Low calories weren't doing the job,1200 a day still going nowhere. I talked to my nutritionist. She increased my calories 1500 a day and pointed me to this app. Micros were the answer. Easy to keep track and breaks down what I eat into the information I need. Is a little expensive.
Easy Way to Keep Track My favorite feature is the bar code reader. I also appreciate the many foods others have added. I rarely can't find a match. I've known that keeping a food diary was the last piece of the puzzle for my weight loss. My Fitness Pal makes it bearable!
Daily user, really helps me. Could do without the ads but not enough to subscribe to the premium version - but would pay £2 - £3 as a one-off, just to kill the ads. Would sometimes like to copy a previous day's diary and just tweak it a little.
Awesome app It never ceases to amaze me how many foods are on here! I would like to thank all the MFP users who take the time to input nutrition info... There is almost nothing you can't find in the database! Every so often I get lazy and stop counting but I always come back!
Fantastic Amazing app for monitoring weight loss and exercise regime. Unbelievable that it knows every obscure packaged food I scan
