Super easy to use I love this app. I use the free version and it does everything I need. I have ulcerative colitis and have been having issues eating for over a year now. This allows me to easily track calories and nutrients to make sure I am not getting malnourished. It is easy to add my own recipes as I have many dietary restrictions. Great data base of restaurant foods and bar code scanner is super convenient. It also links seamlessly with my fit bit HR
Eye Opening I've always considered myself to be a healthy eater, I love my fruits and veggies and eat them often. But when I started getting into the gym I snagged this app and its been such an eye opener. While I may eat healthy, I never watched my sugar intake or realized just how many calories I was taking in. This has made me more aware of what I'm actually taking in and I've started making better choices and saving those calories for what I really want.
Great app. Keeps me honest and accountable for what I am actually eating every day. When I am over my color goal I can look back to see what I actually ate that put me over....is: processed food! Checks and balances for calorie intake and subtracts net calories with exercise performed. Very motivating and helpful to stay on tra K of my goals.
Best app ever I use this app serveral times a day. Great for keeping my lifestyle change in check. I have lost over 50lbs using this app when all other diets have failed me. I am totally dependent on itvnow. Love, love, love it. Since writing this review MFP will not sync with fitbit. It is 10 days since the last proper sync. I have emailed MFP but had no reply. I will update again when the sync works
Great and easy to use! I've had years of effort working at a desk job and trying to loose weight. Not many enjoy tracking calories, but this app makes it easy with the area map of restaurants and bar code scanner. Since 6 weeks ago I have lost over 10 lbs, by using this app and a fitbit Surge fitness band.
Great tool for weight loss Since I started using myfitnesspal consistently I have lost 65 lbs in 6 months by focusing on calories in and out. It has fixed my eating habits and is helping me recover from 6 years of being completely sedentary due to a medical condition. It is amazing seeing the difference in my pictures from January to now. The only bug I have with it is that the exercise tracking does not always pick up from Google Fit.
