Helps a lot. You need to remember that calories are not the same. You will lose weight if your eating a healthy 2000 calories then you will eating a junk food of 2000 calories. Calorie amount just an example.
Changes things back to default automatically Some days when I go to log my food I find my macros have been reset. Also says it can't find pictures I've added to the weight graph on the progress tab
Does its job Food database is skewed toward national chains, as you'd expect, but there's enough variety to make intelligent guesses. Real problem is that too many items are measured as "1.0 dish" or "1.0 recipe" rather than in a standard unit like grams, so you can't really assess portion size if you don't know how big the reference dish was.
Favorite weight loss app! So I started using this app about a year and a half ago and I only had used it on occasion until this past six months. I became very dedicated to using it every day and I even purchased the subscription and I say it's worth it! I've logged in 120 days and I've connected it to my Fitbit and Google fit and works very well with both! Since I've been logging everyday it's really amazing how your daily food intake can change when you're trying to loose weight. I've managed to loose 20 pounds using this app!
Brilliant! Best calorie counter I have seen. Doesn't always talk to me garmin app hence only 4 stars. Could do with a US version and a UK version so you don't have to scroll through food options from a different country or get caught out with wrong calories cause the US have different portion sizes (lucky!)
Great, but Google fit steps integration is bad I know that this is an under armour product, but all android users have Google fit that integrates with android OS. Running, cycling etc works fine, but steps just doesn't. There should be a force import button or just get it working...
