Best app ever! Best thing for losing weight ever, better than any slimming group. You can scan any food to see the calories, haven't come across anything that I can't find. Love the fact u can link your exercise to it too. Love that it tells u all the nutrients you've had that day too so u can see what your lacking in. Graphs to follow your progress. Love it ,love it, love it, oh and it's FREE!!! 😀
Easy app + excellent diet plan This program is 5 stars all around. The app is fast, easy to use, and full of functionality - for free. When compared to Lose It!, myfitnesspal includes much more functionality without enrolling in a premium plan. The dietary plan it produces for you is fool-proof. Stick to it, do the activity level you pick, and you will lose weight. This was the first program I've done where working out isn't only recommended, but it ADDS calories, fat, carbs, and protein back to your day's dairy. I've lost 60+ pounds!
Worked well till update ruined the app I have nothing positive to say now that the recent update made it so the previous days meals can't be carried over to the next. A good diet is consistent, and I'm not going to waste 15-20mins per day recreating the meal I ate the day before. Let me guess i have to upgrade to the "premium" version to restore this function. Nope, there are no shortage of other diet monitoring apps out there .
Love it! Edit: I loved the app, but now I don't like the update. It barely accounts burned calories. Not sure why but I'd like it put back the way it was before. I love the app! It's helped me lose 10lbs so far. The only suggestion I have is maybe a setting if you're pregnant to help keep within the correct nutrient and calorie levels.
NOT HAPPY IT WILL NOT COMPLETE MY DAILY DIARY FOR TODAY. PLEASE HELP I HAVEN'T MISSED A DAY IN 1662 DAYS I HATE TO MISS BECAUSE THIS APP IS NOT WORKING! When I push Breakfast it will show me dinner etc. I really would appreciate your help. Thanks
Long-time user but giving it lower stars now until this improves. Used to be great, now too many bandwidth-hungry video ads that play as soon as the app loads. Lack of meaningful updates. A premium option that is unnecessarily expensive. Support is a wall. I wish I had chosen another app to start. I hope it will improve.

• To get started, tap “Meals” when you’re adding a food to your diary.
This release also includes bug fixes, performance updates, and improved reliability.
