Macros and Micros I've never counted calories before but this app makes it easy. You can scan almost any barcode or type in a description and scroll through the extensive amount of options for the food you are eating. I'm using the free version but once I start getting the hang of it I'll upgrade and get a heart rate monitor because it doesn't subtract strgenth training exercise from your calorie count unless you do those two things.
Needs a delete option in the food tracker This app would be better if you had the option to delete foods entered into the food diary. This is huge irritant! MFP PLEASE give this option and soon!!
My fitness pal Love it, makes it easy to track calories. Also, makes me notice how much i don't realize certain times and foods i eat i can cut back on. I used this app. Religiously and exercised with weight training and went from a size 10 to a 4 last year. Gained some weight through the holidays and I'm back on the app.
Please add Edit/Delete Saved Meals This app has really helped me keep on track even on cheat days i try stay within my calories. When i get to my ideal weight. I will use it to maintain my weight and keep an eye on my fat and sugar intake. Just MISSING an option to edit and change Saved Meals
Awesome app! My Favorite This app really gives me hope about my progress and not only helps me manage my weight loss, but lets me know about my nutrient intake. Because of this app I have been able to lower my sodium and sugar intake as well as read interesting blogs about nutrition and tips on recipes!
Great fitness app Perfect for keeping track of what you eat and so easy to use. I may not always record 100% of what I eat but it's been great to make me always think k about what I'm eating instead of gorging
