Best app I've used yet for tracking I have tried a lot of apps for tracking food and exercise, both paid and free. I like this one the best not only for its ease of use but also for the community support you can get with friends and others.
Love it I get to see how many calories are in my meals which allows me to control my eating habits and nutrition intake. It also allows me to see what exercises are best for me in regards to weight loss, maintenance and gain. I love this thing.
You won't regret it Always recommend If you think this app is gonna be your dietitian, no. As for weight loss or gain being your goal it gets you there in the free version. But your not gonna be lean if you want that. However here is a little trick for those with the free version. First adjust your caloric macronutrient goals to Protein 50%: Carbohydrates 25%: Fat 25%. Then pay close attention to your nutrition daily. This will help you to get lean with your workout plan. But support the app and get real support and go premium. Best app.
Really useful -a great way to become healthier Basically allows you to easily record a food and exercise diary. It has a massive database of common foods and exercises along with the calories and dietary analysis. When recording entries, which is really easy, it provides guidance that helps you understand the impact on your diet.
Great app easy to use I always thought that I ate well but using the app helped me discover that I was over eating. Really easy to use, the scanning feature is great as you don't have to spend 10 minutes finding your foods. Also loved being able to import my recipes and letting the app doball the hard work. Great tool for managing what you eat and opening your eyes to the type of food you eat on a daily basis.
Lost 14 pounds Brilliant. great and simple to use especially the barcode reader. This app is continuing to help me to track my food intake and weight loss. Also great to have the feature for adding additional exercise on. Also great that a previous bug has been fixed, which prevented you from closing a day if not enough calories taken in. Will continue to use ... lost 35 pounds (total) so far.
