For the most part I like this app. But for me it's missing 2 things. I wish it had a place to add supplements. I need to keep track of my magnesium, potassium and iron. It does show nutrition in my food. But my daily intake is off because I can't add my supplements. It doesn't have enough options in units. So I have to track separate and manually. Also, I feel this app is geared to calorie type ways of eating in the blogs. Some low carb stuff. I have yet to see Keto. So the recipes they offer have been little use. But the macros option for Keto is very good.
This app enabled me to lose weight for the first time in my life. My weight went from 220 to 175 in just 6 months. And my secret? Just recording everything that enters my mouth and paying attention to the calories and other nutritional information. I reduced my portion sizes without ever giving up my favorite foods. This App is easy to use. You can search just about any food source to log your calories. This App helps me stay focused on my calorie intake in order to reach my weight goal. It's so easy to over eat but with this app you will know exactly how many calories you are eating. This App also tells you if your eating right and will tell you your projected weight loss in 5 weeks based on your current eating habits. I have this app synced with Samsung Health, works great together.. Highly recommend this app if you want to shed a few pounds..
Grate app.I would love it if it would allow me to change the weight as well. The servings are grate can be adjusted but when i want to do the weight it doesn't work.Some bar codes aren't exact so we need to adjust it. And with the quick add button would be super if you could at least write the name like 80 kal carrots. BUT YA SUPEER APP. Give it a try lads will help you alot to stay on track.
Have been using the app for 14 months. I have lost just over 4 stone.... easily. No significant changes to my diet as opposed to a little less on portion size. If you log it honestly and regularly you will make the changes you need to succeed. Love that it connects to my fit bit, if I move more I can eat more! Consume less move more. Back to basics!
I love it for tracking good and activity. Curious why there is no caloric expenditure for strength activities. Some difficulty getting the apps I have used for tracking steps to register, but eventually accomplished it and now works great. Overall, a great app that helped me get past my plateau and and am down to my lowest weight in many years!
