Ratings and reviews

This was a great app, now they are forcing biometrics, I'm not scanning my face for this app. A pin number was perfect, I should be able to opt out of biometric locks without the inconvenience of manual credential entry saving credentials tk the phone for auto entry makes it far less secure. I know some people think its more secure but thats not really the point, I should get to choose how I log in to view my account.

Worked perfectly fine until this last update, now my phone locks itself, I don't like my phone locked in case of emergencies, and someone needs to get ahold of my family.

Do you like having an accurate, 24/7, view of your balance and control over your different accounts? If you do, bank with someone else. With HHSB, you get to enjoy an inaccurate balance, updates that brick that app, slow processing times, and of course, weekly/monthly service outages.
