Ratings and reviews

This app is simple and relatively easy to use. Some fields are redundant when filling in a claim but they don't hinder the process. The only issue I've encountered is that when the app is open, it limits my ability to swipe up from the screen bottom to access my phone's menu options. This prevents me from closing the app when no longer in use.

Update: I am now able to log into the app after developer reached out to me. I was trying to get a screen shot of the error to send to the developers but it suddenly worked. Using the app is so convenient. Original: Not able to login via app, been trying for several weeks now. I get a very large error message about host names. I've had to revert to using the website instead.

chat system sucks on Android, you can't see what you're typing or new responses because it's under the keyboard. the icons don't make sense and it's impossible to find the info you're looking for. they told me to uninstall and reinstall the app, it wasn't even showing that an update was available. fyi, the reinstalling didn't help. also it logs you out unintentionally when you try to go back in the menu, and then it doesn't even save your username so you have to type it all again.
