When it works it's good. But more than half the times it does not work. Keeps saying I'm not connected to the internet when I try to open the app. ***updating review. No connectivity issue fixed in last update, it worked for a while, but now it's saying there are no accounts linked to my profile, I try to link an account but it keeps saying "we're unable to fulfill your request"

Inconsistent Application - before it worked but for the past few months the app keeps giving this message 'Internal Server Error'. This needs to be fixed. I can no longer check bills and report issues. Disappointing that persons have complained and the problem still exists.

While the app was working it was good.It is easy to use and good content. It was easy to track usage and make payments hassle free. I was never able to successfully use the customer service feature or to report an outage. Those features has never worked for me. Now, I keep getting error messages to "Try again" once there's an attempt to open the app and "Oops, you're profile doesn't have an account." The app has great potential but needs work to be optimal and efficient. Fix it please.
