Ratings and reviews

When it works it's good. But more than half the times it does not work. Keeps saying I'm not connected to the internet when I try to open the app. ***updating review. No connectivity issue fixed in last update, it worked for a while, but now it's saying there are no accounts linked to my profile, I try to link an account but it keeps saying "we're unable to fulfill your request"

Have to drop a star. the pay bill doesnt work on my app[sometimes]. This is the only thing that spoils this app for me. Another big gripe is the credit card verification. I cannot delete and card that was incorrectly added.

App is absolutely terrible. It is not user friendly at ALL. It often gets stuck on VERY important pages and has absolutely insane verification processes that absolutely NO one has time for.
