When it works it's good. But more than half the times it does not work. Keeps saying I'm not connected to the internet when I try to open the app. ***updating review. No connectivity issue fixed in last update, it worked for a while, but now it's saying there are no accounts linked to my profile, I try to link an account but it keeps saying "we're unable to fulfill your request"

Very bad experience the app is hard to find the settings it is hard to register credit card, I don't know why one should go through this painstaking process of registering credit card. The app is only good for notifications on whether you pay your bill or when bill is available. Payment options poor. More need to be done to improve the gui user friendliness and help assistance. A lot of jps customers are living overseas and are willing to pay with PayPal, western union, and credit cards and more

I have made my payment through bill express and jps did not apply it , their customer service sucks because it's been more than 10 days since I made multiple payment not credited requests and when I had to finally navigate myself through their chat bot foolishness to get to an agent they are telling me i have to wait on them to investigate and also if late fee payment is applied I will have to make another request or redo another payment ... that's a scam ... totally disappointed!!!!
