Ratings and reviews

When it works it's good. But more than half the times it does not work. Keeps saying I'm not connected to the internet when I try to open the app. ***updating review. No connectivity issue fixed in last update, it worked for a while, but now it's saying there are no accounts linked to my profile, I try to link an account but it keeps saying "we're unable to fulfill your request"

I have been using this app for several years now, and it work for me. I'm able get my notifications for paying my bills on time and whenever light is out and whenever it is back on a timely basis. I do not have to call jps again. for me, this is good.

Tried to open app, but it tells me there's a new update available, clicked update now, but there's no new update. App won't open, it continues to say new update available
