About this app

Track your progress toward nutrition, macros, water, fitness, and weight loss goals. EatFit is more than just a calorie or food tracker and health app. Besides counting calories, you can plan meals for the next day or a week. You will stay as close as possible to your calories, macros, and nutrition. Want to know how many grams of protein, fat, and carbohydrates per kg of weight you eat (g/kg)? The app can calculate that. Grams per lb (g/lb)? No problem.

EatFit is not another app about teaching you what to eat. Eat what you want. The app will help you adjust the amount of food so that you fit in your planned macros, calories, and other goals.

As a nutrition tracker, EatFit will tell you how to fit in your macros. Macros proportion is almost as important as total calorie intake.

As a water tracker, it will help you to drink enough water and remind you when it is time to sip some water.

The most convenient application for accounting your lifestyle. I tried about 10 different applications, and this was the only one I liked. Everything is fast, convenient and to the point. You can add products yourself or select existing ones by searching or scanning a barcode. The most important thing is that everything you need is free. This is my first review, I hope it was useful. I thank the developer, he is a great guy

I like this app the most right now. Very clear and comfortable interface (the best I've ever seen). One thing which I don't like is setting up a goal (in percents) - I do not understand. It would be easier just in kg (like, I want to loose 15kg) Also, it would be nice to see the formula of how is calculated the number of proteins, fats etc. Thank you!

Thank you for providing your valuable feedback. Percents of protein, fat, and carbs set in the app by default are just a general recommendation. You can change them based on your needs. 10% of a caloric deficit for losing weight is an optimal speed. But again you can choose any amount of calories you want.

I'm using free version. There is a lot of ads, but it's ok, I'm not complaining (it's the "cost"). It's just warning, be aware. App is easy and useful. The only issue i met is inability to search for food in English when "non-English" food library is selected. Overall it's solid 4 stars, i can recommend the app with some reservations.
