Used the app for my first 70.3 in 2022 with that good balanced training it was a strong finish. Given the 70.3 was a very strong finish it gives me the confidence to do my first full Ironman in 2023 and completed the event with a strong finish. Great function is that you can mix different types (and lengths) of events/races and it give you a complete balanced training plan for the season.

I feel the value proposal for the freemium experience is very strong, and highly recommend it, thanks for this! I am not really into the social aspect of it, but the customization (nb hrs/week, week template setup, being able to move around training days and so on) is really good It's hard to say how good the plan compares to other apps, at least for me. But, still for me, it makes sense. I can see a lot of zone 2, some intensity, strength workouts... Really happy it's there

This app has definitely put me on the right track for my endurance training. I smashed my ironman triathlon target last year and I'm loving my current marathon training plan, which includes optional strength and flexibility work each week. It's easy to use and connects to my other fitness apps so everything syncs up nicely. The community is also incredibly supportive and I've met some lovely people through MōTTiv, both online and in person. Highly recommended.
