I really like this app, i can get to see my balances without having to dial numbers and stuff, and i can also purchase on it too its better than having to dial bo*686#😂 the maker s did well with this app but i'dont really like when it says there is a network problem and stuff. Anyway like it especially the weekly offers so yeah id also like for it to be able to send airtime on the app coz i honestly dont like dialing bo*and#

The app sometimes fails to run, especially on first launch. Then this issue of paying for items, you can't pay for any item if you have airtime on Xtra time, so i think it kind of bad.

This is completely unacceptable. I thought when you upgraded this app you will do away with the nonsense of verifying your number every time and OTPs. Honestly you mean SwaziMobile is better than you. Check their app at take some notes.
