Bluetooth disconnects and resets sometimes. observing this closely in case it's the electrode contact or possibly an issue with my cell phone . going to run Bluetooth diagnostics. upside if the Bluetooth disconnects - I do more training than usual to get my daily goal. still annoying tho. in a very fixed, relaxed way. if that makes any sense.

Completely doing this daily is molding my subconscience and I don't know really how because I am not able to consciously bend my lo-beta and theta brain waves, but I just had extreme MS issues and when I have high theta, that is the MS poking back out. This is honestly not CHEAP to have the $200 Muse headset and the electrode (golden wire on my scull) (the service is a therapist observation) but it has honestly been extremely helpful!

I used to be able to train either focus or relax. Suddenly there's only relax and if you want to train focus, you need to pay... I wondered getting more from app but now it's clear they don't care even to let us test what they got to offer... Not worth unless you intend to pay well from beginning, now there's no way to test what this app is about.
