It's nice to have the app to quickly access my account! The only annoyance is that I have to sign in and reenter my username and password every time I open the app, even though I always check the option to log in with my thumbprint. I've never been able to log in with my thumbprint despite it saying it was accepted. It's minor, but the option is there so it would be nice if it worked.

Unless I missed it, there's no way to check in on the app? Which if there's not, makes no sense. Because, when I go inside and check in on the keypad, it offers the option for me to wait outside in my car, and receive a text when location is ready. So it would be so much easier just to check in from my car. And the best part of all of this is that your system didn't text me!!!

This app has given me nothing but issues, the messaging on the app is pointless and I didn't get much help from emailing them either. I did attempt to call them but they had no clue what was going on. Waiting on nipt results, all of my other tests have been uploaded into the app that were drawn the same day but now all of a sudden my account needs verified and when I put the last 4 of my social in correctly like it asks and correctly answer the safety questions it locked me out for 72 hours.

What's new

When scheduling an appointment:
• The location search results are now limited to a 25-mile radius and show the nearest 5 locations at a time.
• The Confirmation screen now provides check in information for the visually impaired.
