I bought a headset got it defective, when I called they treated me like I was at wrong and made it rough for me to a point I gave up and bought another headset. Upgraded one to top it off. I didn't learn. These one was just bad. Audio was awful, breaking up voice. I just wrapped it up and gave it away for free. Never again will I buy it again. They are not cheap either..

My expensive 550xt keeps hanging up calls randomly. Most times it's when it's important. I've updated to the new firmware and does it worse. I then went and bought a new one stamped 21 on the inside of the headset did not update it and its done it a dozen times in 2 weeks. This needs to be figured out because they are great otherwise, but I'm ready to throw them away and go to a different brand. Please get this issue fixed!!

Don't have to use the app much after set-up. Both pairing and setup were very easy So five stars for the app but -2 for the headset. Very good quality sound and people rarely complain about not hearing me. My issue is personal one. We have a great microphone but you can't use it for anything other than calls. So any kind of speech to text in other applications where you really want a microphone you can't do it. This may be Google's fault but was very disappointed nonetheless.
