Bought 2 sim for our trip to Finland. App keeps closing automatically. Says there's a bug. Uninstall and reinstall. Still closes abruptly. 14/12/25 I emailed twice. No reply. The app still crashes. And you know what's worse ? If you go on simify website and to log in as a customer, it goes to a page that says, you have to use the app. The online portal is no longer available. Help me understand here. So all customers...future customers. Be aware, there are issues. Unresolved right now.

Does not work properly in the Philippines. Only works properly in Airports (Cebu and Manila) takes 4-10mins to load a page outside the airport. Bought a local sim instead. I hope the developer fixes this issue. edit: they refunded so all good

I had an excellent experience with Simify e. I would highly recommend this service. I believe this is a superior option when traveling.
