Suddenly the app has stopped working from the last few weeks. Even in the last three months device suddenly stopped working. But now once I logged out of it and tried to login again the app is not connecting with the device. The app is giving message "Something went Wrong". I tried it many times but the showing same error again and again. So many messages and mail sent to company but no response from the team. Also my subscription wasted. The whole money got wasted

Bought two cameras, one of them got a cataract in one year. The transparent lens cover turned grey, showing poor materials used. It only has peripheral vision but cannot focus on a central subject. The App is not great, your cameras will keep disconnecting. Viewing the recording on the SD card is also not intuitive like others apps. The worst thing is their service. Since the last 5 days, the server is down, no cameras are working. Just found out that their customer service team is a myth!

It's been a terrible app. Over the past few weeks, the app has abruptly stopped functioning. The device has abruptly quit operating even in the last three months. However, the app is no longer connected to the device when I tried to log out and back in. The notice "Something went wrong" is displayed by the app. I made numerous attempts, but the mistake kept coming up. The staff has not responded to the numerous emails to the company.
