Continuously asks to set up a pin. Really annoying. The chat service is appalling. They say that will get back to you in 10mins but it takes hours. If you get live chat they ask twice for name and number... Why? They rarely understand the issue and you go round in circles trying to resolve the problem. Very poor service.
Compared to other similar Apps such as my sky app its appalling! I cant access the detailed information i need. what i can see makes no sense. unable to remove any extras from my account.. my bill has increased with no explanation why... tried using the message service but waste of time.. I WONT BE RENEWING MY VODAFONE CONTRACT.... I AM MOVING TO SKY MOBILE!!
Bill got increased. Used the in app chat to ask why. No one even bothered to respond. Yet they claim 24/7 support . App is a joke. Vodafone customer service is a joke too. Will be leaving them when my contract ends next month! Being a 7+ years Vodafone customer- that should tell you a lot
Updated version is not showing my text or calls, only Internet. Please fix ASAP. EARLIER COMMENT: I had Windows phones (Lumia 800, 925 & 950) on Vodafone, but after over 4 years they still hadn't provided the app. Luckily because Microsoft have decided not to make any more phones, I decided to get a Samsung Galaxy S8 and can had the app. A few times it says there are technical problems and it cannot get details, but when it does work it seems to give the information needed.
Had the Galaxy S8 for a couple of weeks and the app has never worked. Keeps telling me to disconnect my Wi-Fi and reconnect to be recognised, done this on numerous occasions and still won't work. Complete waste of time!!!!!
Has a few small problems that with time could be sorted.. other than that it is overall a good app. Does crash or lag data sometimes. Sort these issues and id give it 5*
