Keep track of your Vodafone account on the go with the My Vodafone app. Track your usage, view and pay bills. With My Vodafone you can also upgrade your phone, change your plan, and get weekly treats and give-aways with VeryMe rewards.

You can also:
• Get help from TOBi, our friendly virtual agent
• Top up and claim rewards
• Add extras and manage your bars
• Check your network and Wi-Fi speed
• Manage all your Vodafone services in one place

Things to remember:

• You must be on a device with your Vodafone UK SIM card to use the app

• The first time you use the app, you’ll need to be connected to our mobile network (not Wi-Fi) to register your device. Just to note, if you don’t have an inclusive data allowance this will be charged at your standard rate

• The My Vodafone app is free, but any data you use to access VeryMe Rewards or other functions will be taken from your monthly allowance or credit

• If you’re new to Vodafone or have recently upgraded, your account information won’t be available until after your first bill

• The My Vodafone app is being rolled out to sole trader and small business customers. We’ll contact you when you can use it for your business

Very poor, broadband not available all over my house. Had to get this app on my tablet as not able to get it on my phone. Went into Worcester Vodafone shop to get help, absolutely useless!! Told me to phone helpline for broadband queries. Said can't send rewards info by email only use text. Even after I explained that I am deaf and have great difficulty with accents on the phone and each time I tried the operator was obviously someone of a far eastern nationality and spoke with a heavy accent.

On the 5/7/24 I wrote a review regarding the latest update making the app worse. Apart from the network checker saying my 5g enabled galaxy in a 4g area had perfect service in and out. In reality if it did make it through the test it would say slow. The ability to report an issue had gone but has suddenly re appeared. WHY BRING IT BACK IF WHEN I TEST DATA SPEED IT FAILS, I REPORT IT AND YOU DO NOTHING. THIS TERMINALLY ILL MAN WILL WITHOLD PAYMENT. No I don't live in a cellar

Updates and tried to pre order samsung 7 ultra. When logging in after security code, keeps stalling and coming ip with internal server error. Going to buy the watch now directly from Samsung as I may wait for my contract to run out and change to 02 and pay for the watch roaming on O2. Will stop any issues..... It is the latest update a d just comes up with Internal Server Error in a red box
