Barely ever works, and when it does it lacks the settings you opened it for (which you wouldn't need, if Vodafone didn't like to change them for no reason). Its latest thing is telling me I've blocked all calls and texts, with no button to turn this off. I'd be concerned if it wasn't likely the app is just wrong, as usual, but at this point I'm used to this.

10 weeks to wait for broadband, after the engineer didn't complete the setup after the initial 6 week wait. Relentless app errors. Useless support. I received no service so decided to cancel before first payment, being reassured I would not face any fees. Since that cancellation this afternoon I have not received a single email to confirm that my contract had been cancelled. I have spent so much time dealing with these people and in the end I got nothing but trouble and no broadband.

i wish i never got involved with Vodafone , getting fibre fitted only took 4 months, their fault each time , during which my plan got changed and I was paying for 2 Broadbands , they say it's sorted now but trying to make sense of their accounting system is a nightmare, and it looks like I'm stuck with them till march 28 . O happy days .
