Things to remember:

• You must be on a device with your Vodafone UK SIM card to use the app

• The first time you use the app, you’ll need to be connected to our mobile network (not Wi-Fi) to register your device. Just to note, if you don’t have an inclusive data allowance this will be charged at your standard rate

• The My Vodafone app is free, but any data you use to access VeryMe Rewards or other functions will be taken from your monthly allowance or credit

• If you’re new to Vodafone or have recently upgraded, your account information won’t be available until after your first bill

• The My Vodafone app is being rolled out to sole trader and small business customers. We’ll contact you when you can use it for your business

Useless, I can't log in because I don't have a password, and when I click on the link for that it just puts me on the website with no password option. I also can't login offline either because it gives me an error. The number on the website to top up my phone doesn't work properly (the number given isn't anything to do with topping up, it just directs me to the app), so I literally cannot even top up. Absolutely ridiculous

Barely ever works, and when it does it lacks the settings you opened it for (which you wouldn't need, if Vodafone didn't like to change them for no reason). Its latest thing is telling me I've blocked all calls and texts, with no button to turn this off. I'd be concerned if it wasn't likely the app is just wrong, as usual, but at this point I'm used to this.

App simply does not work (let you in) for last several months. It always brings up a message that there's a technical issue or that there's an update. Surely I'm not that lucky to end up on updates every time I try to use app :) Hence right now it's 1 star update to March 2026. app was working few good years and now again - it's gone. constantly says that it's under maintenance...
