About this app

Keep track of your Vodafone account on the go with the My Vodafone app. Track your usage, view and pay bills. With My Vodafone you can also upgrade your phone, change your plan, and get weekly treats and give-aways with VeryMe rewards.

You can also:
• Get help from TOBi, our friendly virtual agent
• Top up and claim rewards
• Add extras and manage your bars
• Check your network and Wi-Fi speed
• Manage all your Vodafone services in one place

Things to remember:

• You must be on a device with your Vodafone UK SIM card to use the app

• The first time you use the app, you’ll need to be connected to our mobile network (not Wi-Fi) to register your device. Just to note, if you don’t have an inclusive data allowance this will be charged at your standard rate

• The My Vodafone app is free, but any data you use to access VeryMe Rewards or other functions will be taken from your monthly allowance or credit

• If you’re new to Vodafone or have recently upgraded, your account information won’t be available until after your first bill

• The My Vodafone app is being rolled out to sole trader and small business customers. We’ll contact you when you can use it for your business

Update: still doesn't open, you send me text messages about rewards and then the app crashes before I get past the loading screen. Total waste of time. Veryme rewards doesn't open. The app used to be good but now rewards part won't open. I receive text messages about rewards I can't access. Very annoying. Especially after recently taking out another line and being a customer for over 10 years!

This app is horrendous! Everytime I get a notification for a Veryme reward, it doesn't allow me to open the app as it says "this app has a bug"...despite updating and clearing cache etc, it still doesn't work. It crashes and closes. As a customer of over 15 years, with 5 lines with you, I suggest you INVEST more in the app!!

Cannot log into to view my account at all. It just keeps saying they have techinal difficulties but it's said this for weeks and it's so frustrating when I want to check my data usage or add extras. E.g I just went to France and wanted to add roaming for a week but then when trying to log in on my browser, they sent me a verification code via text. Very difficult as I had no signal. It was a long process that could of been resolved quickly. Hope they sort this soon and I've only recently joined.
