
Somebody You don't know
Useless, I can't log in because I don't have a password, and when I click on the link for that it just puts me on the website with no password option. I also can't login offline either because it gives me an error. The number on the website to top up my phone doesn't work properly (the number given isn't anything to do with topping up, it just directs me to the app), so I literally cannot even top up. Absolutely ridiculous

Update 1 Mar 26: Not only does it lose connection history & login credentials from time to time, it doesn't show accurate bills! I was alarmed to see my bill go up today, 1st Mar, instead of on 1st Apr... only to be told by a manager via chat that it shows the original amount this month "at our end" and what I'm seeing is only "an estimated amount"! Fat lot of use. So the App is good for...?? Chats. Contract details. Not a lot else. Hmmm. Another star removed.

Barely ever works, and when it does it lacks the settings you opened it for (which you wouldn't need, if Vodafone didn't like to change them for no reason). Its latest thing is telling me I've blocked all calls and texts, with no button to turn this off. I'd be concerned if it wasn't likely the app is just wrong, as usual, but at this point I'm used to this.
