I'm recently order Sports Shoes + Free Leatherite Watch + Aluminium Wallet + Sunglasses - Pick Any 1 (SW41)Qty: 1 Size: Blue-9 the product quality is extremely poor. I have ordered multiple items and most of them had very bad quality. Naaptol also gives a voucher for COD payments, but it is very difficult to redeem. Because of this, I placed another order, and even that product turned out to be of very bad quality. Very disappointed with the overall experience.

Hi Dear All, Please do not buy anything from Naaptol. It is one of the worst services I have experienced. I ordered one product, but received a different one. I returned it three times, and each time I again received the wrong product. Customer care has not responded properly, and nobody is taking responsibility. Worst service. Please don’t buy from the Naaptol Online app.

PLEASE DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM NAAPTOL , if the product is not good (quality issue , poor quality compared to what shown in Television) they don't have a return policy and when you try to return a product you can see the voice of the persons in the call turning arrogant. They say only damaged Items have a return no refund and very arrogant. this must be a china team who wants to sell cheap or fake goods.
