I have ordered many products from Naaptol, but this is the first time I received a product that was damaged and appeared to be used, so I requested a return. However, Naaptol did not provide any reverse pickup service. Instead, they told me that I would have to personally deliver the product to their warehouse or the seller; otherwise, they would not be able to assist me.The main issue is that my area is fully serviced by major courier companies such as Shadowfax, Xpressbees, Delhivery, eKart.

Worst company and app ever. Do not ever purchase anything from this app. Also the worst customer care team, they just say sorry for the inconvenience. This app needs to be reported and banned from the play store. Will report this app for sure to be blocked.

very bad product received and not any policy to return the product and in app there is given the time limit but they are not taking if getting damage don't use this app plzzz and prize is also to much..... I never use as bad as this aap worst app ever waster of money if u use this app
