Most ridiculous shopping app, unbelievable I ended up using. To me Naaptol was an old online shopping brand and thought they would have a sense of quality. I happened to buy a drill machine and that can't be used for any drilling work. On return, they gave a Naaptol voucher instead. Then i was forced to use that and make use of that in their app again... then with a heavy heart I ordered a power bank and a solar motion which both were again low quality and never got any response from return them

Worst company and app ever. Do not ever purchase anything from this app. Also the worst customer care team, they just say sorry for the inconvenience. This app needs to be reported and banned from the play store. Will report this app for sure to be blocked.
