They have increased the price of each item after getting a little bit fame & success. such a miserable state! one cant even post a review on their app as they don't approve negative reviews. plus, if you are making online payment & some items (you already paid for) are missing from the order, they don't even bother to send a replacement/refund in place of the missing item. I was a regular buyer but I have decided to not waste my money and time here further.

Very bad service. It takes them days to deliver, even in the same city (Karachi). The delivery charge is too high for such slow service. They keep saying “tomorrow,” but it has been 5 days. I am very disappointed and may never order from their app again. Don’t pay in advance if you don’t want stress.

I’m genuinely impressed with Naheed! I ordered from Kashmir and my parcel arrived even faster than I expected.
