Ever since the update, I have not been able to log in to my account or reset password. when I try to reset it, it says, one or more input exceptions have occured. Very disappointed, as I would like to track my order but am unable to do so because I was logged out of the app automatically when it updated.

I haven't shopped from Naheed yet but I don't get the full details of any product on their app. It's just about the name and price, after taking it, the product's package is there. If the package quality is good, then you can read the ingredients of the product, etc., otherwise you have to check the product details from another website first, so this is a big flaw in it.

Excellent Shopping Experience. Customer service is responsive, and the product variety, including imported items, is impressive. Occasionally, some items may go out of stock, but overall, it’s a reliable and convenient place to shop. Highly recommended for quality-conscious shoppers!
