It is indeed very hard to keep up with the quality and level of service. The more order they are getting, the more careless they are becoming. Even with 100% advance card payment, they are making delivery with items missing. The rider comes and leaves in a hurry, telling to contact customer care for the missing items. Then you keep calling customer care, get complaint ticket, and that's it! Nobody listens!

Perfect app but the problem is when we put a product in the shopping cart, which we have to buy later, we have to delete it, and when we want to buy, we have to search again, there is no option to save. It's kinda a irritating plz do something

Naheeds service is getting bad day by day...its not the same anymore...last few experiences are very disappointing...they not even show the pick up time in this app...needs improvement
