fraud, scam and very bad Airline.i have experienced many time.they will confirm your bookings and you will pay the flight fares but they will provide you an invalid reference number (pnr) that they already sold on 2 or 3 other passengers.and just connected the name and details of the first passenger with that pnr number.when you try to check in online also not possible to done because already connected the details and name of the first passenger with pnr.will just waste your time to go airport

Using this app for booking is like navigating landmines... you need to keep your eye on the price all the time to make sure they didn't add useless things to your flight without you noticing. like upgrading your carry-on from 7kg to 10kg... man, I don't even have a carry-on to upgrade!!!

I was accompanying wheel chair passenger, in the airport the attendants were very slow and irresponsive. I had to ask the same attendant several times if I should request the wheelchair in his desk before he nodes yes. The person who needed the service had to be standing for 10 minutes. I felt like they are giving us Sadaqa not a paid service. Worst airlines ever. The app doesn't allow online check in. They should train their employees or hire better ones. They should invest in fixing their app.
