application not opening on s25 ultra at all which causing missing check in ... even on website couldn't select the seat very bad user experience and even you didn't offer any discount on booking another flight !!!!

Check in does not work, throwing a bogus error message. Consequently, you need to arrive earlier, stand in line and check in at the counter and pay 30SAR. Chose another airline if you can.

app doesn't open!! i click it's loading for ever in the logo i think it's because i am last android version. and you guys don't support it or what? this is OnePlus 15 user, the new phone.
