did a booking. Never got email confirmation. Money gone, no confirmation, no booking, no PNR. their systems rarely work. App always gives errors and forces to restart booking most of the time. terrible customer service. 15 mins wait time minimum on calling.

I would like to give 0 if I could...Disgusting behaviour regarding complaint solution....They refused to issue boarding on dubai airport and also not picked the call at that time. They also neither compensated the air fair nor called back even once.

the app doesn't work. it keeps crashing. had uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times. still the same issue. been facing this issue for over 2 weeks now. horrible service
