worst airline I've ever flown on. they canceled my flights without providing a reason, had to pay for another airline to go to my destination. on my return I have issues on check in, even emailed them and called them beforehand to make sure everything is okay. wasted a night on the hotel, pre booked taxi etc. i could've flown on Qatar airline instead and would've been cheaper. will never ever fly with this airline. even if tickets are 5 Riyals. مقدر اقول غير حسبي الله عليكم

Very bad experience. For 12 hours before the trip, I kept trying to check in but the website wasn’t responding. I tried repeatedly with no success. I went to the airport one hour before departure, and when it was my turn at the counter, there were only 30 minutes left before take-off. They informed me that boarding had already closed and that I would need to purchase a new ticket. Very bad experience.

app doesn't open!! i click it's loading for ever in the logo i think it's because i am last android version. and you guys don't support it or what? this is OnePlus 15 user, the new phone،
