Very bad experience. For 12 hours before the trip, I kept trying to check in but the website wasn’t responding. I tried repeatedly with no success. I went to the airport one hour before departure, and when it was my turn at the counter, there were only 30 minutes left before take-off. They informed me that boarding had already closed and that I would need to purchase a new ticket. Very bad experience.

Worst airline to travel with. Boarding and checkin experience was the worst. Ground staff was running around like a bunch of school children not knowing exact info. Info screens showed flight boarding is closed or final call while the boarding did not even start. They wadted my ticket in this confusion and had me rebook the flight. If want to stay sane at end of your journey, DO NOT CHOOSE FLYADEAL.

not recommended and bad AF, you can't check in because of an error in website and app and then they make you pay for the check in in person as if it's your fault, the employees are all rude about it as well and nobody cares so even if i have to pay more for a ticket for another airline, it would be better than this.
