I love that I can do all my banking in one spot. I don't have to go the branch, unless there's something I can't do online. Paying credit cards, opening accounts, transfers and much more. I now know when there's updates, because I try to log in and it gives, the technical error, but 5 mins later, it's up and running.

For the most part it's good. I've been able to detect when someone took out 50 dlls out of my account one day. I froze my card on just a click. Then I contacted support and they gave me a full refund. Only issue is I can't see my FICO score when I click credit score dashboard ANYWHERE. The site is ineffective and so is the app when it comes to giving me my credit score.

Idk what they did in the last update but the mobile deposit feature needs some adjusting especially how the app utilizes the camera. There's no way a 64mp camera can't focus on the back of a check unless the app software is out of date and lacking. Shouldn't take over 10 minutes to try to get a camera to focus. Update or enable the use of device camera software instead of what the app currently has. Cause it ain't working.
