This app is passable, but I wouldn't rate it highly. It's not that there's one giant glaring issue anywhere, it's that there's a thousand little ones that don't ever get attended to even if you report them. Personally I wish the app wasn't so web dependent on its ability to operate at a basic level, like when you have bad service. I also wish I could customize that it just asked for my fingerprint right away instead of having to tap a fingerprint button. Many more. It's kinda embarrassingly bad.

The app had been great for the last 4 years for me until this last update! Now, I've been having constant login issues, which is really frustrating 🙃. I've uninstalled/re-installed, and now it's just too much of a hassle 😑. I'm deleting the app, and I'll only use NavyFed from a computer. I have another bank app that works well for what I need. Adapt and Overcome!

The 2 step verification keeps failing to even send. It allows me to cancel and press all the buttons, but once I tap on the "continue" button to verify my method of 2 factor verification, nothing happens. It won't even load to the next screen. Tried uninstalling, refreshing, the whole works, and it's not working properly.
