There are moments in life when a person expects the simplest things to work. A password link that sends. A phone number that updates. A support team that answers when you call into the void. But this app… this app tested my patience in ways I never imagined. I tried to send an error report, only to be met with another error. I reached for customer support, but they were as distant as a whisper in a storm. And after my first account failed to update a simple phone number, I was told to start over

Always having issues. This app messes up multiple times a week. sometimes it won't let you send messages saying theres no card on file or it wont load at all. Apparently now there is an update they have no estimated time it will be finished. One time customer service straight up hung up on me. Im always nice as you get more help that way. I noticed the amount of characters you can send went down 30% after already paying a fee to add funds then taxed on the funds added every time you send a text

Not user-friendly at all. cant even check inmates balance even though a google search keeps telling me its possible. and eventhough i added $20 to her account the texts are saying "pending for payment from other party" I also keep getting multiple different errors. when trying to add funds. like"number already saved".
