while the app allows me to send messages, it is up to the facility to allow the "guest" message privileges. Also, the messaging costs seem off. They advertise $0.25 per message, yet it costs a little extra. the transactions tab doesn't line up with the costs. Final issue (for now)... I have notifications that can't be seen. the app icon shows 4 notifications, but no way to view them.

I hate this app. I somehow created multiple accts. I've been on the phone with customer service 3 times about it. All 3 told me they were going to fix it and the issue is not fixed. They were supposed to merge all my accounts into 1 where I could login under any of the numbers or emails and it would all be the same account. I can only use one of the accounts and cannot login using other information from the other accounts. This app is also very expensive. I miss the getting out app it was better

I love the fact that I can communicate with someone. The app and website have not been easy to deal with. As of last night 1/4/26 I can not see any of my transactions or my balance. I had funds on the account and now it's gone. For some reason they also have not been able to get through when they call me. My phone does not ring at all or show a missed call. The account is charged for the calld though and I could see that up until last night when the whole transactions tab vanished.
