After booking a ticket, the app does not automatically redirect to the QR ticket screen. Every time, I have to close and reopen the app to confirm whether the ticket has been booked. This creates confusion and unnecessary stress. Additionally, while uploading a profile picture, there is no option to crop, adjust, or rotate the the image. Basic editing features should be available to ensure the photo uploads correctly. Not used for some time it gets logged out have to again login.

This app is very useless. The DMRC service here is absolutely useless. I had booked my ticket but it is not opening again and again due to which I am not able to collect my tax.I have never checked my call service, I will not use it after today, it is very bad, I have not even received my refund, I am calling but the call is not getting connected.

The worst app for travel and the service is also bad for ticket cancellation, Even after visiting the nearest station, their employees are not even talking in manners. Also there is no way of ticket cancellation of their mobile application " Namo bharat connect ".. Giving a single star rating for such a bad experience with them.
