Namo Bharat Mobile App provides facility of Digital QR-based ticket booking and useful information which helps enable a seamless and hassle-free travel experience for the commuters of India’s first Namo Bharat train.

Following are some of the key sections in the app:

Fare Calculator – Check the fares as per the Origin and Destination stations.

Station Facilities – Selecting a station will give various useful information about the station like Lifts/Escalators, parking availability, Entry/Exit gates, Platforms, and much more.

Train Tracking: Access live tracking of Namo Bharat trains
Parking Status: Real-time parking availability

Trip Planner – Plan your journey by selecting the origin and destination stations

Map – Check out the route of the Namo Bharat network on which Namo Bharat train services are available

Station Navigation – Seamlessly navigate at any of the Namo Bharat stations
Feeder Bus Services- Details on bus timings and connections to Namo Bharat stations
Cab & Bike Booking: Book bikes, autos, and cabs through the Rapido app for easy last-mile connectivity

Ratings and reviews

After booking a ticket, the app does not automatically redirect to the QR ticket screen. Every time, I have to close and reopen the app to confirm whether the ticket has been booked. This creates confusion and unnecessary stress. Additionally, while uploading a profile picture, there is no option to crop, adjust, or rotate the the image. Basic editing features should be available to ensure the photo uploads correctly. Not used for some time it gets logged out have to again login.

The worst app for travel and the service is also bad for ticket cancellation, Even after visiting the nearest station, their employees are not even talking in manners. Also there is no way of ticket cancellation of their mobile application " Namo bharat connect ".. Giving a single star rating for such a bad experience with them.

06 june 2025 App not working properly most of the time money has been deducted from bank but ticket not booked 19 Feb 2026 problem remain same no any important in app. Today again my payment deducted from my bank account but ticket not booked.
