After booking a ticket, the app does not automatically redirect to the QR ticket screen. Every time, I have to close and reopen the app to confirm whether the ticket has been booked. This creates confusion and unnecessary stress. Additionally, while uploading a profile picture, there is no option to crop, adjust, or rotate the the image. Basic editing features should be available to ensure the photo uploads correctly. Not used for some time it gets logged out have to again login.

The worst app for travel and the service is also bad for ticket cancellation, Even after visiting the nearest station, their employees are not even talking in manners. Also there is no way of ticket cancellation of their mobile application " Namo bharat connect ".. Giving a single star rating for such a bad experience with them.

06 june 2025 App not working properly most of the time money has been deducted from bank but ticket not booked 19 Feb 2026 problem remain same no any important in app. Today again my payment deducted from my bank account but ticket not booked.
