After booking a ticket, the app does not automatically redirect to the QR ticket screen. Every time, I have to close and reopen the app to confirm whether the ticket has been booked. This creates confusion and unnecessary stress. Additionally, while uploading a profile picture, there is no option to crop, adjust, or rotate the the image. Basic editing features should be available to ensure the photo uploads correctly. Not used for some time it gets logged out have to again login.

Full buggy app, made me miss my train several times. The interface gets stuck whenever the payment window opens, no wallet option to book tickets fast. Sometimes the app doesn't even open after I complete my journey and need to exit the station. I have to login every time I open the app to book the ticket which is frustrating. Timings of the train are not at all valid, tracking facility is even worse. Fix this app as soon as possible, our time is precious.

This app is very useless. The DMRC service here is absolutely useless. I had booked my ticket but it is not opening again and again due to which I am not able to collect my tax.I have never checked my call service, I will not use it after today, it is very bad, I have not even received my refund, I am calling but the call is not getting connected.
