Terrible experience with the App. This is the second time I booked the tickets online but the app showed as Transaction failed whereas the amount was debited in my account. Had to buy ticket offline. Terrible app

Hi, I have two suggestions. First, there should be an option to save the credit card. Every time we need to add credit card details to book the ticket. Second, the Interference timeline should be increased.

they deducted my money haven't refunded yet the server is too slow and bad it takes too much time to pay the fare and still they will deduct your money with no metro tickets
