Namo Bharat Mobile App provides facility of Digital QR-based ticket booking and useful information which helps enable a seamless and hassle-free travel experience for the commuters of India’s first Namo Bharat train.

Following are some of the key sections in the app:

Fare Calculator – Check the fares as per the Origin and Destination stations.

Station Facilities – Selecting a station will give various useful information about the station like Lifts/Escalators, parking availability, Entry/Exit gates, Platforms, and much more.

Trip Planner – Plan your journey by selecting the origin and destination stations

Map – Check out the route of the Namo Bharat network on which Namo Bharat train services are available

Really bad experience!! Can't book my tickets The staffs is not good here at modipuram!! once you mistakenly book opposite side ticket they take money to give you pass!! when there is issue with anything they say they don't have solution for this so bad app

After booking a ticket, the app does not automatically redirect to the QR ticket screen. Every time, I have to close and reopen the app to confirm whether the ticket has been booked. This creates confusion and unnecessary stress. Additionally, while uploading a profile picture, there is no option to crop, adjust, or rotate the the image. Basic editing features should be available to ensure the photo uploads correctly. Not used for some time it gets logged out have to again login.

Login system is very laggy, when we login from Gmail or number, this is so slow and sometimes required login again and again
