It's been over 8 days since I ordered my items and still no word nor even an estimate of my items. My taobao items which slowly traveled all the way across China has arrived a couple days earlier despite my ordering it later than the items here from Watsons. Even my Amazon order that is coming from the States is arriving faster! This is unacceptable. Already sent an enquiry and zero response. The app is not great nor is the shopping experience. I likely will never use this again.

choosing shop to pick up is extremely not user friendly, it assumes I want to pick up nearby and it's not easy to search the shop I want
