Notifications don't actually notify in Android, you have to open app and check. It would be useful to get notifications when clinic is short a nurse, for example. Also, geofencing seems unnecessary. To have to enable my GPS to find clinic and check in is a hassle. I should be able to set the clinic once, and check in when I'm en-route on a busy day-not within 500 of the clinic. Wait was 2+ hours today. What problem are we avoiding? Letting ppl check in early would reduce congestion on busy days.

Recently after checking in through the app. It would inform me where I was in the queue & my wait time but upon checking the clinic's system & not be in the queue at all! I would then have to check in through the clinic's system after I've already been waiting! I'm not the only one having this issue in my area. Not just my clinic but my AREA! So it's not an issue with the clients at my facility but several facilities. This could be very detrimental to someone's recovery!

This app works most of the time with minimal issues. If I use it to check in to my clinic and then watch YouTube or make a phone call while I wait in line after I go back to the app it will not bring up the same info i had before. I'll have to hit the 'check in' or 'queue wait time' button again to bring back my info. Slightly annoying.. otherwise it's a good app and it's easy to bypass the location requirements for some clinics.
