Is this app compatible with all Nighthawk M7 devices?
No. The NETGEAR App is compatible only with the Nighthawk 5G M7 Portable WiFi Hotspot with eSIM. It is not compatible with the Nighthawk M7 Pro or other Nighthawk models.

Ratings and reviews

App keeps losing the hotspot it's connected to (the only one that's ever been used with the app). Can't renew the data plan before it expires, access the "store" to order a new plan after the current plan expires (which the system states can only be purchased through the app), or set up auto renewal. Customer service is non-existent with every option leading back to faq pages that have nothing to do with the problems we're facing.

Email showed a new product, searched website for data plans... nothing. Said download this app and select a plan then connect a device... nothing. I dont click on many advertisements through email but seemed cool for RV Camping but cant see any of the prices besides the 500 for the device. Tmobile works fine for now, website needs more everything mentioned needs more transparency.

it really is an awful app. they should put some R&D into it instead of phoning it in and making them look like they don't know what they are doing because this is garbage
