Ratings and reviews

WAY too many charges that come with this card. Charge to check your balance?! Give me a break. I spend like $30-$50/ month on card charges. It's a waste if money and I wish I would have taken time to thoroughly read about the terms of the card before I paid for it and signed up with this NetSpend company. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, there are so many online banking apps that you can add money to or refill at just as many locations that are free with little to no fees.

I should have read the reviews before I purchased the card. since I already purchased it I had no choice but to give it a try. the screen freezes every single time I try to make a mobile deposit. and for that I should pay a maintenance fee every month I don't think so!! is this app maintained by HEB or NetSpend, whichever you need to get your act together!!

This debit card is very ease of access and use friendly. One of my most loved, and go to cards for any purchases besides HEB shopping. Online is awesome with this card especially. Recognized and accepted by every store I've accessed. 10 + ⭐s.
