when i attempt opening this app, it won't allow me to sign-in to my account due to error.... so i check on my browser.... there have been several (& i mean SEVERAL..) $0.75 charges to my account for absolutely NO reason. i've considered multiple things but there just isn't a reason for the charges. at first i thought there may be a monthly fee to keep it open, if you aren't using it so often... but there are more than one $0.75 charge per month. as of now, i just can't suggest this app/account.

There are better ones out there. My work uses this for tips, but this one seems to be more of a hassle than the other I've used (branch). It has more fees and restrictions, some of which you have to pay in order to use some of the basics. They will also lie to you and try to find ways to charge you extra fees. A bank transfer limit makes it difficult to get all your funds out if you make over a certain amount. And customer service is horrible.

Skylight is a total rip off!! Every week when my money is deposited I cannot use my funds. I call the customer service and they tell me the card is active and the restrictions are lifted but I try the to use the card again for simple purchases, but yet unsuccessful again. I wouldn't advise anyone to use the skylight for direct deposit. They charge $25 for their overdraft fee and then $5 a day just after 24 hours. It's IMPOSSIBLE to speak to someone who has clearl English. TOTAL RIP OFF!!!
