like a month ago, said they'd refund over draft fees but they never did even after calling. today when I try to login to access my money it says "its a skylight card download app" there's no update tried to uninstall and reinstall nothing changed. so now cant even access my funds. if ur company wants to use for a tip card, just add to your check. theirs fees when they add tips, fees when you transfer money, id guarantee im hundreds of dollars in fees this year alone. I wouldn't recommend

when i attempt opening this app, it won't allow me to sign-in to my account due to error.... so i check on my browser.... there have been several (& i mean SEVERAL..) $0.75 charges to my account for absolutely NO reason. i've considered multiple things but there just isn't a reason for the charges. at first i thought there may be a monthly fee to keep it open, if you aren't using it so often... but there are more than one $0.75 charge per month. as of now, i just can't suggest this app/account.

There are better ones out there. My work uses this for tips, but this one seems to be more of a hassle than the other I've used (branch). It has more fees and restrictions, some of which you have to pay in order to use some of the basics. They will also lie to you and try to find ways to charge you extra fees. A bank transfer limit makes it difficult to get all your funds out if you make over a certain amount. And customer service is horrible.
