Couldn't activate before linking a bank, but none of my three bank accounts were accepted by their system. Had to literally start a new account to activate. App sends unwanted push notifications and emails with no way to turn them off. I had to literally block them as spam, so now I don't even get useful communication. Logging in is atrocious- manual entry of credentials plus 2FA every time. However, the name is hilarious (New Money) 😆

The app provides the bare minimum to see and manage your account. Beware of opening an account with Neu. Shortly after opening an account, they froze and then closed my account because I tried subscribing to an AI software service for my job. I was unaware the company I was subscribing to was outside the US. They closed my account stating that international charges are against their terms. This led to them closing my account and dropped my credit score 30 points. Im not done with them.

So far, so good! Activated my card and made a purchase, no problems! Easy to apply and get approved. Highly recommend if you're needing to rebuild your credit!
