The app is okay. The Card IS the problem! Takes up to 7 DAYS for a payment , after it's been taken/drafted from your funding source, to post to your account! And it has to be a bank account....Debit Card payments aren't accepted like MOST modern credit builder cards are. Another VERY annoying thing about NEU is they will shut off your card if you get close to your limit in the beginning. They prevented me from using it to cover a tiny co-pay for a new prescription with plenty of credit left.

It let me link my bank but won't take any payments. It has put me in the negatives. I asked customer support if there was a way to send a check-in so I could pay off the credit, and then cancle the card. All they sent back in the messaging is, "Do you still need assistance with your Neu payment transaction? If so,please let me know. Id be glad to guide you on your query! I'm going to go ahead and close out this message thread." They were no help. So, now my account shows negatives. DONT USE THIS

so far so good. gave me another chance to rebuild my credit. all was well until I made my first payment. paid my entire balance. payment was taken and posted within one business day. payment is still pending in the app days later. I call to see how much longer will the payment be pending when it has cleared my account. up to 5 business days is what I'm told and some bs about federal reserve clearance. that doesn't/shouldn't take t business days. now I'm penniless waiting for them to update acc
