Very informative and helpful for diabetes management. Guidelines are designed to provide clear understanding of which food is best for you. However ads very disruptive.

Brilliant! This application is terrific advice for anyone wanting to find out what many of the 'Super Foods' are. 'Super Foods' are a great dietary intake for diabetes and they also help you keep your blood glucose levels healthy. šŸ˜€

Very useful information. I just found out that I have diabetes 2. It was scary at first and very confusing on what to eat and not to eat. This app helps me so much. I found I could eat a lot of the foods I like anyway. And it was great to find out I could eat a little bit of dark chocolate. That was a hard change to make, I like sweets so much. But I feel so much better cutting them out of my diet.
