EVV Mobile – Electronic Visit Verification for Care Workers
EVV Mobile helps home care workers record and verify visits in line with Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) requirements. Use it to check in and check out at the right location, see your assigned consumers, and capture signatures—all from your phone.
What you can do
Check in & check out – Start and end visits with one tap. Your location is recorded at check-in and check-out for visit verification.
See your schedule – View assigned consumers, visit types, and service locations so you know where to go and what to document.
Location verification – GPS is used to confirm you’re at the correct address. During an active visit, location may be collected in the background to support EVV compliance.
Capture signatures – Get consumer or authorized representative signatures and store them with the visit.
Check-out reminders – Optional reminders help you remember to check out when you leave.
