I had to make an account to make my premium payment bc the phone program wouldn't let me as it was the middle of the night. I work the overnight shift, so I operate at night. The app is up to date. Cache is cleared & phone restarted... and the app still won't open! it just shows a loading screen for several minutes, then says, "something went wrong." Fix your app!!! For a company as big as yours, that handles such important information, one would think you could afford to have a decent app.

The app seems broken. I have tried changing my billing frequency, but it never changes. It keeps saying pending, then the next day it's gone with nothing changed.

I downloaded this app recently, and it will not work. I keep trying back later, the same results! This is very disturbing to me. I would think a company that has been in business for literally years this should not be an issue. This is a red flag to maybe cancel my policy and look for another good reputable company. I will give it one week 7 days if this app still hasn't improved. I don't feel comfortable staying with them. If New York life tries, they can fix this and have the app up running.??
