I got the bag setup and the first time everything went mostly OK. I had to reconnect the sensor mid workout but that wasn't too big of a deal. I go to use it for the second time and everything is fine. Then it stops reading my punches again. It claimed it was connected, but even with messing with it for 20 minutes I couldn't get it to register anything. I really liked the app when it worked, and will update my review if it gets fixed.

Often times the connection between the app and the sensor stops working half way through the exercise. Restarting the app and/or Bluetooth doesn't usually help. The gap between the beginner and intermediate level is too much. It would definitely be nice to have other app options to connect to the hardware.

Cannot synch with bag anymore with old phone and no update for newer phone. This bag has rendered itself useless to me. Update: 1/24/21 The app has been updated on the 11th and I don't get the error on my updated andriod. However, the app does see the bluetooth device. I don't know it is the device are bad update. Contacting manufactor tomorrow. Moved to 2 stars since they tried to do something.
