Balance not updated after successful payment. Had to ask for help from the store staff as there is no where in the app that allows report to be submitted. Staff asked to wait for 24 hours, this is outrageous. Update: Balance is updated 5 hours later. The app definitely needs to better show the user ways to handle such problems.

SPAMS the user with promos and the app contains no granular notification settings to disable them. Hey guys the PDPA states you need to let the end user EASILY opt out of promotional marketing. FIX this.

The app lags when attempting to order and no clear minimum top up amount listed. Disappointing experience, do not recommend.
