The Skinny app makes it easy to manage your account - check your balance, top up, and customise your plan with Add-Ons when you’re on the go.

The app is free, but just a heads up: You’ll use a little bit of data downloading it, so be savvy and hook into some Wi-Fi if you’re running low on data.

In the setup you’ll need to enter your mobile number in one of the following ways:
> You can enter your mobile number with the +64 at the front, but make sure you drop the first 0. For example [phone]
> You can enter your mobile number without the +64 at the front. In this case you keep the first 0. For example 0204 123 456

Ratings and reviews

I am having problems topping up using my card. nothing shows up when you type in and still makes me put in my card details even if I did so. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. logged out and in again.. nothing. this is getting ridiculous. and after what I've learned is that many people have experienced this. I am appalled at the terrible service.

Details to enter for credit card page was a pain. Each time I wrote in the info it was still blank. Many repeated sessions failed. Wasn't difficult as such in the past. Hope this will be rectified ASAP.

I have been unable to add a card since changing credit cards. This was not too unbearable, until they got rid of my bank as an option for online EFTPOS. Pretty useless.
